Refunds and subscription cancellation.

Purchases are processed by Paddle
Paddle.com is the merchant of record for TinyTimeLog paid subscriptions. Paddle handles checkout, payment collection, taxes, receipts, subscription administration, buyer billing support, and eligible returns. The exact currency, taxes, quantity, recurring total, and purchase terms are shown at checkout.
Canceling a subscription
You may cancel at any time through Manage Billing in TinyTimeLog, the Paddle buyer portal linked from your transaction email, or Paddle buyer support.
Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Once cancellation is effective, Paddle will not charge another renewal. Deleting records, removing members, leaving a workspace, or ceasing use does not by itself cancel a subscription.
Refunds
Refunds and statutory withdrawal rights for Paddle purchases are governed by the Paddle Refund Policy, the terms shown at purchase, and applicable law. Unless one of those provides otherwise, charges are non-refundable and no prorated refund is provided for an unused portion of a billing period.
Requesting billing help or a refund
Use the support link in your Paddle receipt, Manage Billing in TinyTimeLog, or Paddle buyer support. You may also use the TinyTimeLog contact page for account or billing questions.
Do not send full payment-card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials by email or through the TinyTimeLog contact channel.
Relationship to the Terms
This page summarizes the cancellation and refund provisions in the TinyTimeLog Terms of Service. If this summary conflicts with the Terms, the Paddle purchase terms, or applicable law, those controlling terms and rights apply.
